  • Never again! Rude staff who tries to upsell everything and not tell you the cost of it. Had an appointment for 11 people the day before my wedding. The nail tech doing my mom's nails tried to have her get shellac polish on acrylic nails. She never told her that it would be $25 additional. Luckily another tech caught us in time and told us. I could not understand a word my nail tech was saying. I wanted acrylic nails with a french manicure. After she repeated herslef 3 times and I kept saying I just want a french manicure, she stormed away and 5 minutes later a new nail tech comes over and says "she does not want to do your nails so I will". They don't do airbrushing here (maybe that is the new thing, I haven't gotten acrylics in probably 10 years). They don't trim your cuticles or give you cuticle oil. I have terrible cuticles so after I was done, I felt my nails didn't look the best so I asked the tech that did my pedicure why I didn't get my cuticles trimmed or any cuticle oil. She said they don't do that here. I told her look at my nails, they look terrible and its the day before my wedding. So she gave me so cuticle oil and as she did the nail tech that did my nails came running over and said no no no what are you doing? All 11 of us that went there agreed we would never go back.
