As of two days ago we recieved an email from this company telling us they will not allow us to extend our lease come October. Yep folks retaliation for a bad review on here and with the better business bureau. I'm sure they will say it is the owner who doesn't want to renew, but the owner only knows what they tell him. So beware if you are going to rent from them they do not take criticism without retaliating.
Continuation...........After careful scrutiny of the previously mentioned email saying we couldn't renew our lease come October, we find that it could possibly be a fake email.
The first reason for this belief is that no one has answered our reply to it asking what it is. The next reason is, that for a company who has received checks from us for the last year and a half and who has three signed 6 month leases from us, the inaccuracies within the email are astonishing!
While we understand mistakes can be made the mistakes within this email and the no reply gives us the impression it couldn't possibly be from a professional management company with all our information at their fingertips.
If this email did in fact come from this property management group why on earth are there these kind of mistakes and lack of response to our reply? The answer is simple everything we said in the first complaint is true - how they lack communication with tenants, how they do not do things correctly and how they do not tell the truth.
So at this point we are forced to believe this to be a bad email or prank because it is not done in a professional manner so we will not be signing it or believing it to be true.
