  • This dealership honestly deserves 0 stars at this point. I purchased a 2016 Elantra and while I love the car, I do not love your service. I traded in a vehicle that was still financed and was told it would be paid off. What a joke. They shorted the pay off and have been calling for a week now trying to get this straightened out. Good luck trying to get a hold of a finance person. I called Monday and left a message. Called Thursday and was assured I'd get a call back after a meeting. Called on Friday and left a message. I keep getting the run around. That's okay, my trade in is now useless because ITS NOT PAID OFF. I would never buy a car from this dealership EVER because of the poor customer service that I have been provided.
