My wife picked out some sleep wear. She noticed the hanging strap was ripped off the garment, but it was the only one left in her size. At the checkout counter, she brought it to their attention. They said they didn't have any others in that size. In that case, my wife asked if she could have a discount for the damaged garment. The employees behind the counter exchanged looks and all shook their heads "no". My wife didn't care, but I was livid. I told them I had a problem with this and they completely ignored me. I guess Victoria's Secret is that they'll sell you damaged merchandise at full price. Horrible customer service. Absolutely worthless.
