  • If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst experience and customer service I have ever had. This was my first and last time in that salon. I came in for a simple nail fix and color change. I asked for hombre with white and white glitter she not only couldn't seem to get it right but after failing twice she was speaking very rude to me in another language while taking off the polish mess up then told me to sit and wait. I explained that I had to go to work and she said she wouldn't do them. I left unpainted and they charged me $15 to take off the old polish. Worst salon ever!!!
