  • After giving this complaint they asked me to go to a website to enter my order number to see what happened. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt I did. It was just their website and not a place to even enter my order number. I guess that's their way of looking to the public like they "took care of this review". Absolutely horrific customer service all the way around!!! I'd get them negative stars if I could!!
