  • So I didn't know a thing about this place. I used to see people queued up at the food truck location on LVB and Bonanza and wondered why there were so many people at food truck in a tire shop parking lot. I noticed this location when it first opened. I live in the area and frequent the Target across the street all the time. I was craving some tacos and decided to give them a try. Great idea. These tacos are pretty yum. I liked the flavor of the meats and I especially liked how they presented the lengua. The only problem I had was that I asked for pineapple in the pastor and I didn't see or taste it. I brought it back to her and said I didn't think there was pineapple and she was like it's there, it's grilled with the pork. Hmmm.... from the pics on Yelp (and from my tastebuds), I didn't get pineapple. I really liked the salsa bar. The veg looked fresh and the salsas were good. I kind of wish they had a super hot one but I liked the flavors they did have. Definitely gonna make this a frequented taco shop for me.
