  • Their posted hours online were off and I had to set up an appointment for a different day in the morning. My oil change was completed, but they tried to tell me my serpentine belt needed replacing, and would need a follow up appointment. I got a second opinion, and the belt wasn't even fading or having any cracks. Watch out for the upsell.
