A buffet is a buffet is a buffet (unless you are willing to spend the BIG dollars to dine at the Bellagio buffet...THAT one is amazing. But I digress...). We came here with some free buffet tickets in hand (you've GOT to love free Vegas!) and without much of an appetite so we didn't try much. Overall, the French Market Buffet isn't anything amazing, BUT it does have everything. There were sections of food "types": American, Mexican, Seafood, Asian, Italian and they each had a really decent selection. The food was okay, the service was actually pretty good, and the atmosphere was typical buffet. I think this is definitely a decent choice if you are staying here and want to eat on the cheap or with a lot of choices, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if I wasn't (especially with the other [better] choices that The Orleans offers).
