  • I went to the Sherway Gardens new location after work one day. The layout is disorienting (it's impossible to remember the names of the products from the outside). There is no labelling inside on what is what so your basically just pointing and hoping the staff will help educate you. Rude staff with snarky comments when asked how to order. I won't be going back. Nor will I go to the Oakville location or recommend this to anyone. Awful. Really wanted to like this one but it was just awful. Also, the boxes are open on the top so expect dust and debris to get inside. If u ask for a bag, they give you what appears to be a waste bin liner. Incredible failure. Spend ur money elsewhere.
