  • This place was terrible. I decided to try it because it was open on Sunday, but when I walked in there were 5 employees, and no customers, which should have been my first hint there was something wrong. The woman who did my nails made only a half-hearted attempt to remove my old polish--a slate grey--basically only removing it from the top and entirely missing the sides, and then proceeded to put the new polish color (a pale pink) directly on top of the polish she didn't get off. So now, all my nails have a dark grey rim around them, making it look like my hands are dirty. There is literally not one nail that doesn't have grey left over around the edges--it looks like I've been digging in the garden. She also barely filed my nails at all and didn't smooth them, so the ends are really rough. Not sure how this places stays in business, but it probably shouldn't.
