I get that customer service is a big priority at this dealership however the customer experience is less than outstanding. Was given several different quotes and felt like I was getting overcharged for service that I had done. The service rep told me that there was leaking/seeping somewhere on my vehicle shouldn't be something I should worry about. So I'll most likely take it somewhere for a second opinion and possibly get it diagnosed and explained to me completely so that I might make repairs if necessary Maybe next time I'll take my oil change needs to a Jiffy Lube
