rev:text	I don't even know where to begin. I came here the first time reading such amazing reviews and left my old salon (only due to distance, going Downtown seemed like a task). Biggest mistake of my life. Came in here looking for a trim and some highlights. Instead paid $400 for root touch-up, a trim which was probably around a t-spoon full of hair that was trimmed, split ends still intact and orange ombre hair which was then dyed back to really dark brown. Before we even began, he told me the price, and I was A-OKAY with it thinking the service is going to be top-notch, I will come out looking like a celeb. I came out looking like a dusting brush with fried hair, that's partially burnt off. I kept telling JASON, I have dry hair, but unlike my other stylist, he wanted to make money and suggested I do OMBRE. I am out $400 with a head full of broom bristles. I HATE this place. I asked for the return on just the coloring, he refused and offered some hair treatment which would make my hair soft for 2-4 days then go back to broomstick looking. I refused. Never saw my money, he never followed up. I am so disappointed and heart broken that it took me THIS long to finally write a review... he KNEW the hair looked bad.. To cover his mistakes he kept insisting I do blue or purple ombre... I kept telling him I can't go with a blue head to my work place and he STILL KEPT INSISTING on it... I'm so disappointed and heartbroken.. You should care about your clients a little more than that if you want them coming back
