  • As a lover of noodle soups, in particular pho, Saigon Palace is good but not great. The pho is priced reasonably and the portion is fairly sized. But the broth is standard - not bad but not exceptional. And imo, the broth is a huge influence in the pho' flavor. The meats are good, and the garnishing are fresh and generous. I also ordered the grilled pork with rice. Again, not bad but not great. Portion and prices are fair, but the flavors are standard. Atmosphere and service are good too.
