Everything was great, only reason I'm not giving them 5 is because they made me jumps thru some hoops in regards to how payment was supposed to be arranged. When I called ahead of time to confirm my patient responsibility I was clearly told that I could have the cost divided into 6 month payments.
Well when the day came of the appointment they informed me that they don't know who told me that but they can't honor it since that's not how they bill in Nevada. I would have to pay it in 2 payments. I obviously did not plan for this and didn't have the necessary funds available. I then remembered I had the phone call recording of my conversation I had when setting up/confirming my appointment detailing the agreed payment. They responded basically saying that there "system" wouldn't allow such a change.
what!!!
Long story short, I had to talk to a supervisor explaining the obvious problem with how they communicate payments with their patients/customers to get the changes made. They finally honored my reasonable request, but not before making me jump thru hoops.
