I'm giving it two stars solely because my friend swears by her nail tech (I believe it's Sophia) and her nails do look good. I went here once though and will not be back. I cannot remember who I saw, but I went for a shellac job and a pedicure. The pedicure was very basic and didn't really change the amount of dry skin on my feet (and I did not have a lot of it) - I noticed almost no difference after the pedicure. The polish on my toes was coming off noticeably the next day after wearing normal shoes and doing nothing strenuous. The shellac job was not done right and as the nails dried the polish began to peel off at the sides. When I asked to have it fixed the lady seemed testy, and told me I must have bumped the nails as they were drying (I did not). After fixing it, the polish was still was not quite right but I paid and left. The next day, the polish on one nail began to peel off at the side and was very uneven. This ruined the effect of the manicure entirely and as I had already left Toronto I had no choice but to take the polish off of all my nails. So I essentially paid for both a pecidure and shellac manicure that lasted a total of one day. The movies and massage chairs were nice, but I would definitely not return.
