We decided to stop by last night for a quick dinner and ordered a takeout chicken chimichanga to split. Upon waking in, I found Taqueria to be a small hole in the wall joint. It's nothing fancy by any means but I wouldn't let the decor deter you. The have a reasonable menu as far as selection and price go. The service seemed good as well.
I paid about $10 for my order, it was very light. I didn't think enough beans and rice were given. (Docked half a star) The chimichanga was on the smaller side as well. I loved the Spanish rice, very flavorful and seasoned. I was not a fan of the beans, the texture was very off putting. I couldn't get passed it, (docked a star). I did like the chimichanga, the chicken consisted of perfectly seasoned, good white chicken. I just wish it was a little bigger and there was a little more queso on top.
We will be back, hopefully it was just an off day on the beans.
