  • I can't say enough good things about the Desert Storage location on 74th St. and Shea. I have been a customer on and off for the past five years. My storage needs have changed from smaller 5'x5' units up to larger garage sized units during that time. The service and professionalism you find here is extremely rare for any type of business. These guys bend over backwards for their clients and get five stars in customer service. The terms attentive, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful do no justice to Michael, Jamie, and Kiel. The facilities are super clean and could pass a military inspection on the drop of a dime. Elevators, plentiful carts for moving, air conditioning in the building, with easy and secure access, allow me to access my units at nearly any time of the day. They even provide free water and snacks. Who does that? Plus one of my favorite features is that they provide free use of a moving truck that I have used on a few occasions. Desert Storage helps take the sting out of moving and storage. I highly recommend this facility to both my clients and friends and will continue to do business with them for many years to come.
