rev:text	I recently took my daughter to Leidan Mitchell for a highlight and booked our appointment with Dixie. Our appointment did not start out on the best note as Dixie was very condescending and quite rude in her approach. My daughter wanted to get up and leave and I should have listened to her!! This ended up to be the worst highlight I have even seen...it looked as though she had six weeks of outgrowth. I took photos and I sent them to the manager and spoke to her on several occasions about how poor the stylist's attitude was and how bad the service was that she performed on my daughter's hair. She said she needing to discuss this issue with the owner and get back to me....I still have not received a phone call. So much for customer service. Her highlight was $160 plus tip and I had to take her a week later to another salon to correct her inability to do a proper highlight. Her hair looks amazing now!! So my recommendation is to find another salon:).
