| - I too was impressed by the initial contact with The Sharper Edge, as was my contractor, who I asked to meet with them at our house, as he would know the correct questions to ask.
Job was done, looked fantastic. 5 days after installation it started flaking. When I called, I was told they were 2 weeks out on repairs. I called the 2nd week (spoke to the same person) and was told they were out 2-3 weeks. When I reminded her the previous week she had said they were out 2 weeks, she said we'd had a late rain (really??). So I said, "So, we will have someone out by the end of next week." She hesitated but assured me I would. I expressed my frustration of having the work done and 5 days later having problems and then having to wait 3 weeks to have someone out to fix it. She told me to have a nice day!!
Tomorrow is 3 weeks. When I called them today, an operator told me the call could not go through. I called the operator and they tried. They got the same thing. They said the phone is not disconnected, but it is not working and they said they weren't sure what the problem was. Regardless, the driveway looks terrible and this is 4 weeks after install.
I can not recommend this company, nor would I EVER use them again.
