  • Sent a DM to a few realtors that I had on my Facebook. Aaron being one of them. The message said I need to move a house ASAP. Three out of the four sent back something along the lines of this. Perfect when can we meet not a problem. The fourth asked me a few questions and searched my area then gave me an honest opinion. Told him what I owed then what I needed/wanted. His answer was honest and told me it would take some marketing money, open houses etc. long story short 11 days in he had a REAL buyer that closed. Not sure how he makes it happen but I got what I wanted.
