Esurranty was NOT a good partner for damage/loss coverage. We followed every request they made of us and have all the records and correspondence and they completely blew us off. My 16 yo daughter prepaid the $100 policy and when she lost her phone in the ocean on vacation (recorded on a video clip no less) they piled us up with requests. We answered them all including requiring a police report (even tho we have a video of it falling out of her pocket into the ocean) and then abruptly ceased all communication. They said they send a 'denial letter' which we never received nor did they send it to us on any or our follow up requests for information. We dealt with a Rick Lewis who would never call us nor furnish the denial letter nor respond to any of our inquires. We have the paper trail of all our efforts and they got everything they asked for yet gave us no information as to why they denied our claim. They are crooks taking advantage of young phone owners who try to have a conversation but can't compel one. We will contact the Better Business Bureau to complain and share our experiences with other potential customers...
