  • Military family moved from St. Louis to Las Vegas and decided to live here. At the lease signing I was told I would be charged a extra $500 deposit over something unjustifiable. I had no choice but to move forward after requesting the property manager Lisa and regional manager Shayna reconsider the extra deposit and they refused. After a month of living here I've noticed the property's upkeep is not so good. The steps in the hallways are filthy (see pics) the lights in the hallways are blown and the pool furniture is soggy. I will not be renewing my lease. Since I've been here I've seen better properties.
