Hubby & I drove in this neighborhood to drive by a unit that was for sale. There doesn't seem to be any standard for caring for the units or the lots, the properties are entirely too close to each other, and there are MANY abandoned units with busted out windows. It's sad, because it looks like it has the potential of being a great neighborhood if property management cared enough. Its in a great location, which just makes it that much sadder. The moment you drive in you immediately want to reverse because it feels unsafe. I would love to see this neighborhood clean up its act, because it could be great. This is just an outsiders viewpoint, but I wouldn't want to live there in its current condition and I feel badly for anyone who does.
