  • I never thought a tow company shop could look so nice. Their offices were SO much nicer than any others I have seen. This just led me inside to start to pick up my car where I was dealing with Carrie. She was nice and fast. She explained everything to me. Although I was upset because I had my car towed, she was calming. I guess I should not have been lazy and parked in the wrong place! Expensive lesson learned. JoAnna also was there and helped Carrie and made me smile. Danny brought out my car to me with a smile on his face and was extremely polite. Thanks Action Towing for a pleasant experience.
