  • I was referred to Designer's Nails by a high end client of mine. We have a photoshoot for a custom shoe by Converse© coming up, so I tried to schedule a full manicure and pedicure set for my 4 models, as well as offer to have the nails photographed and advertised for FREE. They not only HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, but wouldn't even let me speak to the real manager, much less even let me MAKE an appointment......... No matter how skilled you are, if your customer service is this atrocious, you will only go as far as the shade you throw. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Bad attitudes. Poor English and poor communication skills. Dishonest business practices. Save your money ladies. They don't care how happy you are with your nails. Your opinion and words don't matter at Designer's Nails.
