  • We had an extended stay at Leaf Verde from September to March of 2017-2018. The park is nice and quiet. It is mostly retirees snow birding for the winter. We have a 4 year old son, and most people were friendly to us. The snow bird residents are not always family friendly, so please be advised if you have children to really keep them under control. The amenities are clean and exceptional. The pool is heated, laundry room is large and clean, and they have lots of activities in the Barn. We enjoyed the open mic nights. The park is large with lots of room to ride bikes and walk. Site: Pull thru and back in sites available. No trees. Picnic table Amenities: Heated Pool, Clean/Large Laundry Room, Rec Room, Barn, Lots of room to walk/bike, Propane filling on site Staff: Friendly and helpful Dump Station/Full Hookups: Full Hookups Nearby: Walmart, Frys (grocery), lots of shops, Easy access to I-10
