rev:text	I called and my call is answered (no hello, nothing but): "What is your name? Last name? What breed is the dog? How old is the dog? What is the problem?" SILENCE.................... Me: "Hello?" SILENCE.................... Me: "HELLO????" Her: "I'm here." Me: "Okay, I thought I lost connection." More silence...I then assume she is making notes during the silence. Her: Eventually......."I will get a message to a trainer and someone will call you." Me: "Will that be today?" Her (with attitude): "I don't know their schedules. If they don't call you today, they will certainly call you tomorrow." Me: BYE! The FOLLOWING EVENING I get a TEXT advising me that I can sign up for a 4 session class of 40 to 60 minutes for for $825.00 (Included in the text is verbiage explaining: NON-REFUNDABLE payment in FULL necessary prior to the classes)!!! NO THANK YOU!! I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but I do not care to do business with such impersonal people. If you are THAT busy, you certainly must be living it up because you are making a FORTUNE!!! If you are going to charge THAT MUCH, perhaps you might want to be more personable. I have QUESTIONS before I commit to spending $825!!!!!! We have since hired a different and WAY LESS EXPENSIVE option and our dog has made HUGE progress!!! She even personally answered my call one evening after 6:00 p.m. (after typical business hours...I was expecting to leave a message) and spoke to me for about 15 minutes answering my questions which helped me decide to utilize her services. Our dog's issues have been solved at LESS than HALF of the cost!!! He looks the same, but he is not the same dog!!
