I truly am in disbelief of how poorly they treat their customers. I've never been YELLED at before by a salesperson until my most recent experience with Vaporice! I had to walk out before I lost my temper, as the saleswoman we dealt with already had done so. She certainly was a stickler for those points we had earned for spending so much in their store!! Quite honestly, she probably shouldn't be working in any sort of customer service or with the general public. I felt embarrassed for her and the company Vaporice to have an employee act like a rabid dog in front of (her?) child. All we wanted was the reward points we had earned. Not a refund, not a replacement, nothing ridiculous. Just what we deserved in reward points. Honesty and customer service while running a business clearly is not a priority to Vaporice. This was asking far too much of her. Off the top of my head, purchases that should've been applied towards rewards: Several high end atomizers, suicidebunny, time bomb, masterpiece (definitely not cheap juice!) an MVP, some batteries, 4 battery charger. First we were told we did not have any points or any account for rewards? After we had the manager I believe on the phone, about half of our points that we should have had were missing. After being accused of lying, she had implied that we were asking for something we did not deserve for being repeat customers.She even did the math (not including juices) and the sum for points was well over our "current point balance". Not once had we redeemed any rewards. And then...so suddenly (after 25 min. of us interacting and discussing the issue) SHE REMEMBERS US!!! :D and coincidentally JUST remembered that the difference came to her giving us a smokin deal on the MVP! Unfortunately for her, I can smell bullshit a mile away and my bank account remembers paying almost 20 dollars more than she told me I had paid. Just to clarify, the staff over on the Cave Creek location never gave me the "warm and fuzzies". Upon walking out after just my first trip, I remarked to my friend that while they may carry good products and have a large selection, I certainly never felt welcomed. I can't even say that they're even especially knowledgable to compensate for their lack of hospitality. Still, I would return for the "Price Matching", which in truth is just bartering back and forth until you've saved yourself an entire 4 dollars or so from original retail price. Because, as they had so graciously put it, with a scoff and eye roll;"We can't compete with China." Needless to say, I won't be returning to Vaporice to be undeservingly insulted and treated like pond scum. With vape shops on every corner now a days, anyone can carry a nice juice line and have some good mods in stock. This business comes down to customer service and Vaporice only offers screaming tantrums by employees and a serious regret for giving them any of my money.
