  • I would recommend Bell Trans ONLY from the airport to your hotel. It's cheap, you don't have to wait long, and the buses are fairly comfortable. However, the pick up service ruined it for me. You call 24 hours in advance, set up a pick up time at your hotel, and supposedly it's as easy as that. I set up a 12:30pm pick up, by 1:15pm no one had showed, so I called to verify I was still being picked up. Operator asked if I had been waiting for long, I said I had been waiting since 11:45am (check out time) and he puts me on hold. He returns and has the nerve to come back and say that is why I missed my bus: because I'd been waiting since 12:45pm and it was on time! I reminded him that I said 11:45am and no shuttle has showed. Then he put me on hold again, and came back promising a shuttle within 5 minutes (which turned into 20 minutes). All in all, a 12:30pm pick up didn't get me to the airport until 2pm. I made it to my gate with 20 minutes to spare, and honestly, that's cutting it WAY TOO CLOSE and causes a lot of unneeded anxiety. Not to mention the insult of the operator trying to blame me for their shuttle not arriving and claiming it did when it did not. Just a shady business practice. I can pretty confidently say that using Bell Trans for airport to hotel shuttle service is sound, though based on the fast one the operator tried to pull on me I might recommend trying another shuttle line as they are a dime a dozen.
