  • I would like to share a story about my experience at Sun City recently. Sun city is open on Saturdays, which is the only day I can take my car into the shop. I needed a standard oil change. No problem, in and out with a car wash, which was awesome. Shortly afterwards, I notice my check tire pressure light is on. When I come to a stop I see one of my tires is completely flat. I call back to Sun City to tell them and the gentleman that handled my oil change took his personal car to come meet me about 4 miles away. It turns out my tire pin was corroded and would need to be replaced. He put on my spare and took the tire in to the shop. He said they could do it Monday. I get a call 2 hours later saying my tire is done. At this time it's about 4:30 and the shop closed at 3. They said I could come in today and get it put back on. So what should have taken another day took 2 hours and saved me 3 days without my car. Also they charged me nothing for the tire fiasco. Sun City went above and beyond for me. This is the best customer service I've ever received from any business. I will never go to another shop again.
