The trainers are so helpful and encouraging. I was worried that Raw was going to be super vigorous and almost like a military bootcamp. That is not how it is at all. You get a good as a workout as much as you put in. If you can only lift a certain amount, you only lift that amount. If you are only comfortable with some light jogging, you light jog. These bootcamps are designed to instruct and GUIDE you, not to overwhelm or over work you (which was something I was worried about prior to joining since I am not athletic). Raw is just an amazing gym. I would recommend Raw to anyone.
