  • Do NOT ever give this rv resort your business. I called them on two different occasions and talked to 2 different employees and was told our dog was allowed. We drove all day, get there, check in, pay for the month (including the dog fee), unload everything, then get told a few hours later we are not welcome because of our dog (who we were told was allowed to be there originally!) The owner was very rude, raised his voice and attempted to act like we were the ones in the wrong. It's not our fault his employees are not educated on what dogs are allowed or not. Very bad customer service!! so we had to pack up everything and go to a new park at 830 at night, with our 2 young and tired daughters. Still waiting for our money back as well... Leaf Verde is the worst park I have ever dealt with, the owner was beyond rude, and I will make sure every one knows!!
