  • For people seeking BLONDES do not go here. Beware if your hair is brown or your roots are brown and longer than usual your will be very very disappointed with the color. When you return for it to be fixed 2 days later, the stylist AND manager REFUSE to fix it without you paying FULL price AGAIN!!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a salon before and I know I will never be going back. After returning home I called to speak to the manager and in the middle of the conversation she hung up on me!!! True Professionalism displayed at that point. Well this is the new Customer Service attitude and I should get use to it To make a long story short If you have any length of brown hair roots or strands, length is length ,,,it will not be blonde at this salon. Please remember you have to pay for orange hair and you will not get a refund or a re-do you will be rudely turned away to fix it on your own. Pictures of this messed up hair will be posted.
