  • This is a small pop-up coffee bar that only does pourover and Aeropress coffee, along with a few bakery items like cookies and bagels. Edit: they also have toddy cold brew & Rishi loose-leaf teas. Located inside The BottleHouse, it operates during the day when the brewery & meadery is usually closed. This is a large and quiet space that's perfect for studying or holding small meetings over coffee and pasteries. The baristas work for Rising Star and are highly trained and specialized. Order any coffee here and it will be just as outstanding as one from any of the other full Rising Star coffee shops. No espresso machine here, but the pourovers & Aeropress coffees are all you really need!
