I have been a customer at O'Reilly for a very long time. This store was my favorite location. Not anymore.
Bought a battery about month ago. I went in today to have it tested as I had a VSC code come up on my Lexus LS which could be triggered by the battery not working correctly. Sure enough, the battery showed 79% charged. I asked for a new battery and the 12 year old posing as a manager, Anthony Franco, not only refused but did so in an arrogant, condescending and highly disrespectful manner. He had another employee charge the battery and acted like he was doing me a big favor. Mr.Franco should not be in charge of a lemonade stand let alone a store from a national chain.
In the age of the Internet, Amazon and Costco, it is pure stupidity to treat a customer the way I was treated, especially when most of the time this banana republic style establishment cannot match the prices, peace of mind and customer service of the above mentioned competition.
I will spend my hard earned money where I get respect and am sold good products.
