There were two people working here and I was at the counter. One lady was on the phone and clearly saw me at the counter. She did not have a tag on, nor did she have a welcoming disposition. Then a another woman walked to wait on line behind me. Meanwhile, both ladies ( the other one was done with her conversation) were discussing something. But, they have no idea anyone is waiting- really? Before this became a CVS pharmacy at this Target store, it was a Target pharmacy. They used to be able to see people with a special mirror in their area when ppl would walk up to the counter and I couldn't tell where they were- so clearly they had something that allowed them to see who was at the counter even when they were in the back. I don't know if they still have that or they chose to ignore us. Either way it is frustrating as we were ( I was anyway)waiting a good 8 mins until someone approached us. Approached is a nice word. Again, I was at he counter but the other lady was quite a ways back. The lady at the pharmacy asked the other lady what she needed and she said ' this lady was here first'. I showed my face with a smile and she stated ' there's a sign that the register isn't working clearly on the counter'. Are you serious? This is your customer service after I have been waiting this amount of time. Such a RUDE comment. I think this was the pharmacist believe it or not . She was an older lady, dirty brown hair. The other worker was a young asian and just by the way they were talking it sounded like the lady that addressed me so rudely was the older one who was the pharm/mgr. She's the role model for the ones that work under her? How disappointing. I was left speechless and I couldn't even look at her. I will never go back to this pharmacy! She needs some customer service training to be sure or not work with the public. There's no excuse for rudeness- sorry.
