  • Murphy's Law at its finest tonight. I started at another CVS trying to pick up a money gram and this was the last CVS I went to, 3 total. Josh assisted me and just when we thought everything was going perfectly, a sigh of relief, nope the printer jammed. Then Richard stepped in and saved the day. He definitely put in the time and effort of true customer service (and that shouldn't go unappreciated) and got the issue worked out. Thank you for all your help, kindness and patience. You guys are great!
