| - I am disappointed in a contact I made to customer service recently, and other things have just culminated into this poor review. On the most recent trash pick up, a neighbor, I presume, switched my trash can with their's and we wound up with one that is disgusting and smells horrible. I do NOT want to keep this wretched can in my garage week to week. I called requesting a new one and the customer service rep, who wasn't friendly, said "They usually won't replace them but I'll put a note on your account." I want a guarantee that I'm going to get a replacement trash can because I don't want this thing sitting anywhere near my home on a daily basis. I'm pregnant and the smell of the trash can is making me sick every time I have to go into my garage. In my opinion, good customer service would have sounded something like, "I understand the issue and we would be happy to provide you with a replacement trash can."
On multiple occasions, we've taken advantage of bulk days by leaving large boxes and things that we couldn't possibly break down, and they're left sitting on our curb. This is really frustrating. Trash removal should be one of those things that you barely have to think about in life... instead, it's such a hassle here and poor customer service doesn't help.
