  • Just adding another voice to the bad customer service pile. Went in there to shop for a baby shower. I had read reviews of people being ignored, but it was especially bad, worse than I thought it would be. Two women sitting behind the counter, whispering to each other and not even looking at me (the guy who was cluelessly wandering around). I would have asked for help, but I didn't feel like it. I won't be going back. There are all sorts of options for this kind of stuff in the neighbourhood.
