I just took my 9 year iMac in after its "untimely" death. The issue was the hard drive. They replaced it with an SSD and increased the memory. Took them 2 days and I have a "live" iMac that is as fast and "loaded" as a new iMac. I also had a relatively new iPad that had the charger cable break in the port
Apple wanted $300 to fix it. The staff at Mac Masters looked at it and charged me a fraction of what Apple wanted. As far as I'm concerned they are a real find and a great solution for any of you Apple issues.
