  • Do not take anything valuable here. We had 2 Lamy pens engraved here and each time they were returned broken. The first time, we thought it was a coincidence but the second time we realized it was not. Imperial Engraver's response was to deny fault and charge us for the engraving. They did not even check to see if the pen was working properly after they engraved each one; or if they did, they did not say anything about it. They show poor integrity in not standing behind their work, which includes owning up to your mistakes.
