  • Worst service I've received at a Paradise Bakery. Employees acted like they could care less. I asked for my points to be used and the cashier says "they should show on the receipt or NOT!" And then does nothing to check out the total. Thank goodness for the manager who stepped in and asked for my phone number so he could add them to my account. Time to train your staff on customer service and what it means to a returning guest.
