Saturday 3 pm. One clerk, 11 customers and a line to the back of the store.....
Employees are not empowered to conduct transactions. Clerk had to call the manager (who was hiding somewhere in the back) for every transaction that required a coupon or change. This went on for over 40 mins. Then one customer had a return --- and the line stopped for over 30 mins (due to two overrides that the manager had to approve individually). I left ---
Store is NOT stocked well --- most items are only 1 deep or empty pegs. Their pick up service required the one clerk to leave his post and retrieve items.
Gotta say -- BAD management. Or they might be closing this down ---- looks like skeleton shelves.
