  • Too pricey and lousy techs. Went in for trim of nails and anal glands to be expressed. Would not carry my baby to the back and pulled her on leash dragging on the floor. Clipped 2 nails too close and had orange stuff on them. Then charged $73 with NO vet check. Wow. Go 2 miles further west at another bet and it is half price. I accidentally clipped one nail too short a few months ago and that is why I took her there. Thought they would know what they were doing. So sad. Staff says corporate is responsible for prices. Have been doing this for years and never paid over $45. No filing of nails, just a quick clip in her quick. :(
