  • I purchased a Groupon Now for a massage, to be redeemed before 9 PM. I called for nearly a half an hour and received a busy signal on their line. Finally the receptionist picked up and said she would call me right back. A half an hour later I called to follow up and they said that their massage therapist was not working that night. So, I basically wasted an hour of my time trying to get a hold of them based on a Groupon that they posted to generate business.
