  • Initially they were great, communicated and easy to schedule. The guy came out to my work, installed the windshield- easy! Well...he installed my new windshield with an air leak and left a large ball of glue/adhesive. So, had to have a tech out to verify that in fact I had an air leak- then be told they couldn't fix it for 7 days. Scheduled a new appointment to get another windshield a week later, after driving a week with an air leak- only to have them NO SHOW on their appointment. The guy wanted me to take my car to the shop- with my 2 and 4 year old since they messed up my appointment- because that sounds fun! So, instead I get to sit home all Saturday and wait for them. Not impressed!
