  • I came here for some hair 911 and was quite pleased with the results. The cut wash and style were perfect and I really liked it. When I called to book, the terrific lady took time with me to find out what I wanted, who I was etc etc and I really liked that - to better match me with a stylist. The only problem was..... the lady I was matched with was not the lady I ended up having the appointment with (due to my scheduling difference). The young woman who was my stylist was great. No fault in her technique or her work. However her constant stream of chatter about her boyfriends and them all chasing her etc etc got very tired very quickly and I glazed over with a fake smile. I did try to change the subject many times but to no avail. It made for an uncomfortable time and I couldn't wait to get out of her chair. Even though the cut was great and the work she did was great; personality wise we didn't match. I will go back however and I hope I can see a different stylist as I did like the overall vibe of this place. Hope this doesn't sound like I'm too high .maintenance!
