I've tried Yoga Village a few times, and by chance always with the same teacher/class Slow Flow. I go because the location is convenient. Otherwise it's not a great class. The teacher is friendly, but doesn't bring much more than blurting out asanas in a repetitive voice. Other institutes will add a mindful component of spiritual guidance that is iterated throughout the entire practice...since Yoga is much more than just exercise. But, even if your goals encompass the physical aspects, this teacher doesn't impart inspired instruction for correct alignment, and I've never seen him give individual adjustments. So if you don't have years of a good foundation, you should consider another class. Namaste!
