I purchased a groupon for this company and called and texted several times to get an appointment. I was told she would call me back and she never did. I texted again asking about that and finally got an appointment set up. I was open with the day and time, just whatever worked for them. I was asked to screen shot the voucher to them, and I did. The day of I made sure I was home so someone could let them in and I could make sure the dogs were out of the way. I was told someone would be here between 9-12. I texted close to 12 asking if someone was still coming & I didn't receive a night before text reminded. I was texted back an apology and that family or friends were in town during the tragedy on October 1st and everyone was fine but having trouble getting to their car & we could reschedule. I was understanding (I'm not insensitive as my husband was working down there all night during the tragedy) and said that's fine and I would still like to reschedule when its convenient. I never received a text back. I texted again the following week, no response. I called and left a voicemail, no response. I texted again, no response. Groupon said they could reach out for me. I've still heard nothing.. I spent money I am out of now because Groupon can't refund after the purchase is made and I still haven't had the service. I don't even know if the voucher now as been redeemed by the company since I sent it over to them. I sent my first text to the company in June.. then I heard back after 2 texts and a call in September I texted 9/23 and 9/29 I called in between that and heard back on 9/29 and we scheduled for 10/4 that's when I texted the business asking if someone was still coming and heard back. I texted back on 10/4, 10/8, 10/11 and called in between there as well and Groupon reached out too. I hate giving one stars especially when I haven't had the chance to use their services but I feel like my money was just taken and I just wanted a cleaning service I was more than flexible and I contacted this company several times.
